Jim Wolfe
Mr. Wolfe is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Knight. Mr. Wolfe is an attorney with past concentrations in transportation, labor relations, regulated industries, real estate transactions, the Railway Labor Act and government relations. He is responsible for leading strategic business planning for the corporation.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Lentz manages all aspects of Knight’s operations. He is a hands-on leader, providing clear direction for project work and extensive technical expertise while building and maintaining strong working partnerships with clients and industry leaders.

Anna Dukes, SE, PE

Anna Dukes recently joined Knight, bringing more than 24 years of experience in bridge and structural design, construction engineering, and waterfront structures to our clients. One of her greatest assets is versatility, being able to provide Phase I and II design and Phase III construction engineering.

Throughout her career, Ms. Dukes has provided structural expertise for various transportation and building projects, including Cermak-McCormick CTA Station, Wacker Drive/Congress interchange reconstruction and currently the replacement of the Chicago Avenue Bridge with a new tech-arch bridge. She has worked on various Phase I and Phase II transportation projects as lead structural engineer as well as project manager. Her wide range of projects includes bridge rehabilitation, transit structures, cut and cover tunnels and railroad bridges. As a design/build deep foundation Contractor, Ms. Dukes’ responsibilities consisted of estimating, project management, and design with experience including micropile foundations, temporary and permanent sheet pile retaining walls, including cantilevered, tied-back, and internally-braced cofferdams, drilled shaft foundations and driven pile foundations.

Ms. Dukes has both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL, and maintains licensure as a Professional Structural Engineer in Illinois, and Professional Engineer in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Michigan.
