Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity House

Alpha Sigma Phi approached Knight to design a new facility to replace their existing, severely aging, fraternity house. The building is comprised of 19,000 square feet on three floors and includes a spacious lounge on the first floor, a full commercial kitchen on the lower level, and an adjacent dining room. The proposed floor plan calls for twelve ‘apartments’ that each includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Nine foot tall ceilings are provided throughout the living spaces.
