River Street Plaza

River Street Plaza is part of Aurora’s plan to revitalize the downtown area. Phases I and II of this project consist of two four story riverfront mixed use buildings each containing 48 luxury residential condominium units, 23,000 SF of ground level retail space, and a 52 stall underground parking garage.

Phase III of the project is proposed to be a 250 room hotel, a convention center, a public library and an 11 story mixed use building comprised of retail, office and residential condominiums.
